Now, I would like to make a website which is be able to be updated dynamically. Online Learning website is available in the library in my college, and it contains a course of dynamic development of website. The course mainly introduces two technologies: PHP and ColdFusion. I had heard of PHP, but not ColdFusion. It is developed by Adobe, originally Macromedia.
I tried to install it in library, but for some reason, it didn’t work well, maybe the configuration of the WiFi network had some restriction, so I had to work around. I downloaded in desktop Mac first, then put it on a online storage, then downloaded it to my laptop. It took ages actually…. From the Adobe website to Desktop was just few minutes, and desktop to a storage was also not so long, but to laptop… it was ages.
Anyway I finally installed ColdFusion in my laptop, so I can test it next time. Not sure when is next time.
In English, Personal computers with Windows are called “PC”. It’s a bit confusing for me, because in Japanese, PC means “personal computers”, which means it indicates general computers. Originally, the usage in Japanese is right, but somehow language is emotional and illogical sometimes. If everyone uses one way even if it is not exactly correct, it is correct. That’s the same as democracy, I dare to say.

Litte Miss Sunshine
I've just watched it.
Few days ago, I went to library and I happened to go in front of the DVD shelves, and I remembered that a friend of mine recommended me to watch the film.
It's not exciting, or something strongly emotional, and just a bunch of stories about losers, but anyway it was a really lovely movie. I can't stop liking this kind of films. Happiness is also one of my favourite films, and that is also about a bunch of losers. I might just have a trait to be a loser, but I have to confess, I like ,even I love that kind of films.
My favourite scene in this film is one that the grandfather gives an advice to his granddaughter, who is really scared to be a loser. He tells her that real losers do not try anything, but she is trying, so she is not going to be a loser.

health x food
I woke up with a sore throat. I might have got a cold. Recently I've eaten a kind of junk food mainly. That's supposed to be the cause...
interview
I'm going to use this blog simply as a diary and memorandum for keeping what I think it is important. I heard one of the technique to collect useful information effectively. Writing down anything you think important and revise it at the weekend. I'm not sure I'm so diligent, but I agree with the idea.
Recently I have been going to an office for my work placement, but today I had a schedule to have an interview in college, so I took a kinda day off for the interview. The interview were around noon, so in the morning I used my time to prepare for it. As the points that I need to tell were very simple, it didn't take a lot of time actually. Even I felt a bit uneasy because I noticed that I didn't have a lot of things to show or explain a lot.
What is my advantage? It is always a difficult question, since I'm not confident about anything of my skills, but I've got used to pretending as if I have some skills. Actually, I might have some skills, but I haven't articulated it yet, and I think it means almost same thing.
Then, the interview.
I think I never get used to interviews. This interview was not so important, I had even felt I wouldn't care if I failed the interview. In spite of my thinking, my body became nervous. At least, I might have learnt from some experience how to deal with it, so fortunately the interview was not so horrible. The interview was for a collaboration project with a business school, so the interviewer showed a simple financial report and asked me what I can guess. I think that is the only special point of the interview. Other points were almost same as other interviews. All I should do is to show my advantage. I think it was not so bad verbally, but I'm not sure emotionally. The project is partly about entrepreneurship, so I needed to look like an person who has a potential to be an entrepreneur. Actually, I don't know who is better for an entrepreneur because there are a lot of argument about it, but generally leadership, confidence and so on are regarded as important traits for it.
